Reflections on a Solar Return

As I step into this new Solar return, I pause with gratitude for all that the last cycle has shown me. Trusting my intuition was the big lesson, and it carried me further than I ever expected. Through guided meditation, I witnessed not only my own unfolding but also the glow of those who journeyed with me—their energy fields expanding, their spirits shining bright.

Lately, I’ve felt the embrace of divine matriarchal energy, wrapping me like a mantle. It’s opened my eyes to the threads of culture, tradition, and the deeper reasons why so many give of themselves so fully to their communities. I’ve met incredible women across different paths, each moving ahead with courage, vision, and heart. In them, I saw myself reflected—another voice in this rising tide of the feminine.

This cycle has also whispered of grace and compassion. It’s been about softening when judgment creeps in, choosing understanding instead. That shift has been such a gift.

I asked myself again, “What is my purpose?” Before Covid, I was experimenting with Journey to Self workshops—online, then in Boston and Atlanta. When the world changed, that path paused. Now I wonder: do I return to those gatherings? To radio or even podcasts in their new form? What do I do with all the new information that facilitating the guided meditations has poured into me?

One thing is clear: when I look at others, I see their potential, their light. My gift has always been reminding people of their greatness, of the truth of who they are. Watching women grow so quickly through this work inspires me to keep offering, to keep reaching deeper into the community.

So in the months ahead, look for gatherings under the Neem, Tamarind, and Mahogany. Look for the return of community bush baths, grounding us in nature and in each other.

It’s time to Resonate. Realign. Radiate.

And I look forward to walking this new path with you.

Namaste ✨
